The Challenge

In this role, you will have a key role in providing top-notch IT support to staff members across the organization. Your responsibilities will include handling various user queries, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of crucial IT systems.

  • Relevant experience in IT support, encompassing phone and deskside services.
  • Previous involvement in local government settings.
  • Demonstrated capability to establish and nurture strong customer relationships.
  • Solid comprehension of Microsoft Network/OS and Office applications.
  • Familiarity with Citrix environments support is highly advantageous.
  • Knowledge of ITIL foundation is a bonus.
  • Unrestricted driver's license (C Class) and willingness to travel across work sites.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to providing exceptional service.
  • A proactive and results-driven attitude, with a focus on continuous learning.
