Key Requirements and Responsibilities
- General administration/ reception tasks duties
- Meeting and greeting clients in the showroom
- Ensuring office presentation is maintained to high standard
- Professional in your approach to communication
- Proficient computer skills
- An aptitude for understanding systems and processes
- Accurate and prompt data entry into organisations systems
- Invoicing
- Job sheet entry
- Package toners/consumables and dispatch
- Order supplies
- Quote on photocopier repairs and sales
- Upload content on social media pages
- May be required to clean printer parts
Essential Skills and experience for this role include
- Proven ability to work unsupervised and show initiative
- Sound numeracy, problem solving skills and strong attention to detail
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Proficient with MS suite programs including Microsoft excel, word and outlook
- Cando attitude, motivated and willing to learn
Job Types:
Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary:
$ $29.00 per hour
