Role Description This is a full-time Technical Application Consultant role, based in Brisbane City, QLD or Nelson New Zealand, with flexibility for remote work.

As Technical Application Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients, analyzing their needs, and providing presales technical support.

You will work closely with the sales team and project management team to ensure successful implementation of our software solutions.


What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in project management within the Saa S industry, with a focus on software implementation and consulting.

A strong understanding of APIs and Integration Technology, you will understand how APIs work, their architecture, and best practices for API design and implementation.

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
Familiarity with database technologies and SQL (Structured Query Language).
Knowledge of database design, optimisation, and querying.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
A passion for innovation and continuous improvement, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
