Job Description

  • Lead the support of the National Feasibility Project Management Team to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Lead existing condition report process ensuring the completion of the audit reports to timelines and reviewing/updating accordingly.
  • Lead vendor/consultant work orders and invoicing.
  • Support with outstanding/overdue work orders and invoices to ensure consultants/Vendors are supported and whist building key relationships.
  • Lead the completion of various presentation packs including for the submission to funding approval committee and attend as required. Arrange and allocate project funding as set out in the meeting.
  • Maintain and foster positive relationship with key clients and engage in process improvements to ensure efficient completion of tasks
  • Collaborate with all relevant internal stakeholders and external consultants i.e., Project Managers, Planners, Architects, Engineers and resolve any concerns/issues as required.
  • Lead project data and submit to tracking systems ensuring project milestones are being met.
  • Lead and support with project set up ensuring associated users on construction project management systems. Ensure all required feasibility documentation has been acquired and uploaded to each project.
  • Support Senior Management with decision making on key matters ensuring all actions are fulfilled in a timely manner.
  • Comply with the requirements of Turner & Townsend's Business Management Systems including Health & Safety, Environmental and Quality Management associated with the role and position within the company.
  • Coordinating project management meetings with various external consultants and client stakeholders.
  • Liaising with consultants to ensure all the relevant project information is communicated and progressed efficiently.
  • Liaising with clients to ensure ad hoc tasks are closed out.
  • Ensure internal stakeholders are aware of the feasibility process and kept updated with key client updates.

Qualifications

  • Relevant Certificate level qualification.
  • 3+ years relevant experience
  • Business administration/management qualification or relevant experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with D365, Teams, SharePoint and Google suite would be an added advantage
  • Process driven and ability to prioritise competing demands
  • Proactive approach with the ability to drive compliance requirements of the team
  • Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
  • Possesses tact, diplomacy and assertiveness to achieve objectives
  • Proven strong administrative ability and excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Reliable, approachable, punctual, and professional attitude.
