Overview:

We are in search of an experienced Program Manager specializing in Enterprise Transformation to oversee the implementation of the Transformation Roadmap within our EPMO. This role involves effectively managing a sizeable, intricate transformation program throughout its entire lifecycle. The position will directly report to an Enterprise Transformation Delivery Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate a large, complex transformation program throughout its lifecycle.
  • Lead internal stakeholders and strategic partners to ensure successful delivery of the transformation.
  • Implement, report on, and monitor the overall program to ensure alignment with time, budget, and scope expectations.
  • Assess transformation, program, and project proposals to establish timelines, funding, processes, staffing, and resource allocation.
  • Develop program budgets, schedules, and cost controls, offering direction on technology and processes to accomplish project objectives.
  • Oversee program and project performance, ensuring compliance with contract objectives and schedules.
  • Contribute to the advancement of best practices, research, support, and training in project, program, and portfolio management.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in transformation and/or large-scale business change initiatives.
  • Proven track record in program governance and control, program management, resource management, project health assessments, assurance, program reporting, risk analysis, and risk management.
  • Strong background working within an Enterprise Program Office (EPMO) and P3M framework.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities. Possesses high commercial acumen, strategic vision, and acts as a Change Agent.
  • Relevant Tertiary Qualifications are expected. Additionally, holding other pertinent certifications and/or accreditations such as MSP, Agile, and P3O Practitioner is advantageous.
