Our client is a well regarded Property Development Consultancy dedicated to exceeding expectations and adding value throughout every stage of the project lifecycle, from feasibility to handover. Key Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience working as a Project Manager within the construction/building industry on built-form projects
  • Experience in co-ordinating the successful delivery of multiple projects concurrently.
  • Experience in dealing with clients directly.
  • Possession of relevant building/construction related qualification or trade experience.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, negotiating and interpersonal soft skills.
  • Contractor / Builder side experience & excellent knowledge of building, quality and standards
  • Understanding of the full development life cycle - feasibility through to construction
  • Well-developed communication skills, able to negotiate, influence and lead a multitude of stakeholders and maintain momentum and progress
  • Career driven, desire to progress and develop and become a key figure within the business for years to come.
