Your responsibilities


As Business Navigation & Operations Manager you will lead and secure financial planning, goal setting, forecasting and follow up throughout the commercial year cycle.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Driving the financial business planning process, securing that financial dimensions are aligned with the store priorities whilst creating commitment amongst stakeholders when setting goals.
  • Contribute and take an active role as a key part of the store senior leadership team.
  • Having a full understanding of the market profit and loss seeking out opportunities to grow the business whilst adopting a costconscious approach to decision making.
  • Provide relevant, userfriendly business information, securing competence in the organisation to allow analysis and understanding of business performance to make optimal business decisions.
  • Secure succession through talent identification as well as developing and empowering leaders and teams by sharing your knowledge of the business.
  • Lead the Safety & Security team to create a safety culture that puts visitor, customer and coworker wellbeing first.

Together as a team


You will get the opportunity to be involved in all facets of the business as the role will work closely with the store management team to steer the unit towards sustained growth, optimal performance and long-term profitability.

You will secure compliance with policies and standards and take a leading role in developing and promoting lean, simple and effective ways of working.

You provide support, clarification and understanding, and relevant business information so that co-workers can be empowered to create value for the business.
