**Your responsibilities**
As Business Navigation & Operations Manager, you will support financial planning, goal setting, forecasting and follow-up throughout the commercial year cycle. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Driving the financial business planning process, securing that financial dimensions are aligned with the store priorities whilst creating commitment amongst stakeholders when setting goals.
- Having a full understanding of the Contact Centre profit and loss seeking out opportunities to grow the business whilst adopting a cost-conscious approach to decision making.
- Secure and develop cost conscious awareness and behaviour in the Contact Centre by providing cost transparency, defining cost drivers and initiate cost saving activities.
- Providing relevant, user-friendly business information, securing competence in the organisation to allow analysis and understanding of business performance to make optimal business decisions.
- Work closely with the Contact Centre Manager and leadership team to achieve common goals, by providing reliable navigation information, highlight deviations between the goals and actual result.
- Secure succession through talent identification as well as developing and empowering leaders and teams by sharing your knowledge of the business.

You will secure compliance with policies and standards and take a leading role in developing and promoting lean, simple and effective ways of working. You provide support, clarification and understanding, and relevant business information so that co workers can be empowered to create value for the business.
