We are seeking candidates with strong origination capabilities for structured loans in the Australian market. Our client is a market leading non-bank lending business. They provide a platform of capital with strong governance measures and support to run your own business. Deals will generally be in the middle market property space and are structured across the capital stack including senior debt, mezzanine debt and preferred equity.

Successful candidates will likely be working in a loan origination or relationship management role within a bank or fund. The candidate should have had a successful track record as a key deal maker. They should be able to highlight clear closing ability and a strong book of relationships across the property developer market in Australia. Candidates should be confident at all elements of execution and portfolio management for loans, as well as structuring and pricing debt. Given this is an origination role, the candidate should be comfortable in a business development capacity but also technically competent to structure and advise clients on their best outcome.
