THE OPPORTUNITY
An exciting role has become available for an Education Solutions Co-ordinator to join the ANZ Global Education team and assist in the delivery and management of all professional programs across Australia. We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and motivated team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support ANZ professional education courses, liaising with stakeholders and managing healthcare compliance.

• Maintain key databases for tracking, including event calendars and registration schedules.

• Organize travel for HCPs to JJMT events, ensuring compliance and managing course documentation.

• Coordinate with professional education managers on HCP attendance, ensuring all logistics and event management is recorded.

• Support of digital education site.

• Assist professional education managers with logistics for training events (room bookings, catering, registration).

• Help manage event budgets and invoice tracking to ensure cost control.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Proficiency in database systems, especially Excel, Cvent, and MSD

• Effective project management within timeline and budget

• Problem-solving mentality with a commitment to resolving issues
