Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and potential clients
  • Maintain showroom presentation and organise sample dispatches
  • Generate ideas, take advantage of networking opportunities and expand your industry knowledge to benefit customer experience
  • Work with the State Manager and Senior Account Manager to learn the 'in's and out's' of the role
  • Accurately maintain databases and utilise information gathered from internal CRM systems and databases
  • Research market trends and be aware of recent and forecasted styles
  • Coordinate involvement of company personnel to meet customer expectations

Skills and Experience

  • Experience and/or qualifications in sales, marketing and/or design highly desirable
  • Strong desire to work within the design industry on architectural products/flooring
  • Wellorganised, innovative and enthusiastic. This role requires a problem solver who is creative and a strategic thinker
  • Proven ability to provide prompt, accurate information and communicate well with customers and colleagues
  • Able to exercise agile learning, work professionally under pressure and develop strong working relationships
  • Current driver's license or commitment to obtaining one within 12 months
