Join this dynamic national homewares/kitchenware juggernaut as their Showroom and Operations Manager.

Monday to Friday role with every other Saturday. No late nights.

Manage this dynamic showroom in the Sydney CBD.

Supplying the leading brands in the marketplace with B2B and B2C sales channels, motivating and driving a team of 20 in all aspects of the Showroom's operation including sales, customer service, inventory and purchasing management.

Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in the Sydney CBD.

The Showroom Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of showroom operations, including customer service, sales, and inventory and logistics management.

Reporting directly into the MD you must have amazing communication, people management, administration and team management skills with great energy and not be afraid to get your hands dirty

Qualifications

  • 3 or more years of experience in retail /hospitality management, showroom operations, or related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and service strategies.
  • Ability to manage and motivate your team to achieve sales goals and meet operational objectives.
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with an ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • An analytical mind with strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • A customerfocused mindset with a commitment to delivering a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Experience in kitchenware an advantage
Must have legal right to work in Australia.
