**The role

This role is essential to the Product Management Team, playing a vital part in ensuring seamless management of HUB24 Platform Private Labels arrangements and robust product governance across the diverse range of products within the HUB24 Group.


Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing the day to day operations of the HUB24 Private Label platform relationships.
  • Ensuring compliance with obligations.
  • Be the voice of the customer
  • Responsible for managing the ongoing uplift of policies and procedure documentation across the HUB24 Group of products.
  • Work collaboratively within the team to deliver on business outcomes.
  • Responding to day to day queries and to ensure a high quality customer experience.
  • The role involves liaising with internal stakeholders from various departments including Distribution, Technology, Product Development, Risk and Compliance, Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Legal, Finance, Investments, and Projects, while also overseeing the ongoing relationship management of HUB24 Platform Private Label partners externally.

Key skills required:

  • At least 3 years' experience in financial services, with a particular emphasis wrap platform product management.
  • Superannuation / IDPS product management experience also highly desired
  • Demonstrated experience in relationship management.
  • Working knowledge of the legislative/ technical rules impacting platforms and investments.
  • Good communications skill (verbal and written).
  • Be able to manage competing priorities.
