inspHire is a market leader in the development and provision of rental software environments for a variety of sectors addressing single or multi-branch operations, as well as catering for organisations with 'point-of-sale' hire desks and warehouses.

As Rollout Services Consultant, you will be supporting the inflight implementations for the inspHire product suite. A back-office role however trips to client sites will be required to support the implementation life cycle.

The environment is extremely fast moving, and you will need to evidence the ability to be agile in your approach in supporting projects.

Sometimes you will need to deliver difficult messages and manage conflict resolution so strong client management skills are required. The team are collaborative, approachable, and supportive to help you succeed in your role. Structured career path (if you want it) to move into a Senior Project/Implementation Delivery role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the delivery on projects to ensure they are implemented within given timelines.
  • Support multiple projects or varying scope and size simultaneously.
  • Deliver training to customers both virtually and onsite with the customer.
  • Manage/document/escalate risks and issues to Head of Professional Services when necessary.
  • Utilise correct tools and processes to ensure project success.

Key Requirements:

Essential

  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Manage open cases in line with team KPI's.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Great problemsolving ability.
  • Customer service focused.
  • Demonstrable experience in a customer service environment.

Desirable

  • Understanding of ERP systems and their delivery (any software implementation is great).
  • Exposure to SQL Server databases and Crystal Reports or similar.
  • Commercially Aware.
  • Forward thinking/proactive nature.
