Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne Australian Retirement Trust (ART) needs a savvy Senior Manager to lead our Corporate Reporting team.

About The Role As Senior Manager - Corporate Reporting, you'll be the mastermind behind our corporate reports, like our Annual Report, Modern Slavery Report, and Sustainable Investment Report.

You'll ensure everything aligns with our financial reports, complies with the rules, and tells a consistent story.

You'll be our trend spotter, staying on top of the latest in corporate reporting – think Integrated Reporting, ISSB/ASRS, ESG, Climate, and Modern Slavery.

Your insights will shape our reporting framework for the future.

This is a big leagues role, requiring top-notch project management, editorial chops, and the ability to bring stakeholders along for the ride.

You'll lead a tight-knit team and partner with our Corporate Communications, Investment Communications, Finance teams, and more.
Day To Day, You'll Lead the creation, design, review, approval, and publication of ART's corporate reports.
Keep us compliant with reporting obligations, legal requirements, and those emerging standards.
Build an evolving annual reporting framework.
Juggle dependencies across reports, aligning with financial reports.
Review and edit content for consistency and that ART brand voice.
Lend your expertise to the broader team as needed.
This role is available as a permanent opportunity, and can be based in Brisbane, Sydney or Melbourne.

About You It goes without saying you'll be a great communicator with top notch interpersonal skills we'll also expect you to pick up problems and come up with quick, creative ways to solve them.

It's quite likely your tick some of the following boxes too: You've led the way in managing the editorial and production process of group-wide corporate reports.

You have a knack for crafting reports and presentations that resonate with everyone from the Board to operational teams.

You stay ahead of the curve on the latest corporate reporting trends like Integrated Reporting, ISSBIASRS, ESG, Climate, and Modern Slavery.

Your auditing background gives you a solid understanding of annual report requirements and non-financial assurance.
You thrive in high-performing teams and know how to bring out the best in others through strong leadership.
You're a change maker who can recruit top talent and motivate your team to achieve great things.

Your people skills are second to none, helping you build relationships and influence outcomes at every level of the organisation.

And when it comes to directing graphic design teams, you know just what it takes to bring a vision to life.

You're a problem-solving mastermind with an eye for detail that's unmatched, even when the pressure is on.

And with your proficiency in Microsoft Office suites (including Teams and Share Point) as well as Adobe Acrobat, you have all the technical tools you need to succeed.
