The Opportunity:

In this key role you will maintain and update the master data in our numerous systems to ensure that they are all in sync with Enterprise Resource Planning system, SAP S/4, and other transactional systems, as the main "source of truth". Your other main focus will be to provide user support and manage a group mailbox for our expense system, Concur.

Cost and Profit Centre, Account etc):

Users in Concur:

The master data fields:


  • The "source of truth" for master data:

The destination and system dependencies for each master data field

What you'll need to be successful:

Strong clerical and Administrative experience in similar role

Knowledge of Concur and SAP would be an advantage
