About the Role:
Join WorkPac in the search for a dedicated Plumbing Supervisor to oversee plumbing operations at BHP sites.
This role involves managing and supervising plumbing works with a focus on maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Lead and supervise plumbing teams, ensuring adherence to schedules and project timelines.
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Provide technical guidance and support to plumbing technicians as needed.
Liaise with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to address project-related issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of materials and equipment, placing orders as necessary.
Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including budget tracking and resource utilization.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures, including OH&S regulations.
Mentor and train junior staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Participate in planning and scheduling meetings to contribute insights and recommendations for project improvements.
Skills & Experience Required:
SRMS or Schedule 26
Plumbers Licence
Contractors Ticket
Valid Australian Driver's Licence
CSE, GTA & WAH
HRWL with EWP
MSIC '" Preferred
White Card
Rights to work in Australia
