This pivotal role reports directly to the Executive Director of Business Services and will play a central strategic business partner role, driving an enhanced campus experience and supporting our ambitious 'City of the Future' vision.

Your Impact:
  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and implementation of leasing governance frameworks and strategies to drive consistent high-quality commercial engagement, strategy, and assurance across a complex property portfolio and business stakeholders set.
  • Collaborative Excellence: Work across multiple teams and stakeholder groups to ensure leasing delivers the best possible commercial, operational, and service outcomes in support of the strategic objectives of the University.
  • Support and empower the incumbent commercial leasing team to deliver on the University's strategic objectives under a refreshed framework and delivery model.
  • Expertise in Leasing: Manage a complex portfolio ensuring optimized returns and strategic benefits, enhancing the university's infrastructure and property assets.
Your Profile:
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to collaborate and build high functioning relationships at multiple levels across the organisation.
  • Strategic thinker with commercial acumen, ideally developed in a complex property management, or development role with a substantial commercial leasing component.
  • Also, ideally you will have green field experience in a similar commercial environment.
