As they embark on an exciting period of growth, they are looking for an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist to lead the team.


  • Management of a small Allied Health team.
  • Provide service coordination and onboarding of new clients.
  • Outline clinical mentoring and supervision requirements.
  • Provide and source professional development resources.
  • Implement strategies for therapy and business growth.

What We Need From You:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • AHPRA registration no limitations.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of disabilities & paediatrics.
  • Previous experience mentoring/supervising clinicians.
  • Excellent written & verbal communication.
  • Understanding of best practice when working with children & families.
  • A passionate for bettering the lives of children & their families.
