Our OpportunityAs a RIB Operations Support Specialist, you will be part of the newly formed Business Solutions Centre of Excellence (CoE) which serve as a key partner to business users of the company's new enterprise platforms and systems.
Working closely with the Digital team, you will be accountable for supporting all users across Development & Construction.The key aims of the role are:
RIBcx Subject-matter expert role for customers within D&C
Drive RIBcx systems user adoption
Pro-active identification of the improvement areas in RIBcx
Training and process development
Ensure data and process consistency across all departments
Some of the key responsibilities will involve:
Become Subject Matter Expert in RIBcx across all modules (Tender, Quality, Documentation, Cost management).
Governance and management of the business and support team processes and implementation of the best industry and business practices.
Work with other departments to ensure effective integration with other systems such as Yardi, Power BI, etc.
Assist with new project site deployments.
Creation of business cases for improved/new working methods supported by all stakeholders.
Work to improve current reporting processes and outputs.
Assist digital with system health checks.
Inter-state travel may be required.
Your point of difference
To be successful in this role, you will have great communication skills and the ability to build rapport with internal and external stakeholders (including Board members and executive).
Alternatively, we will also consider someone with a minimum 3 years' experience in a technology role in a medium to large organisation as a systems analyst or technical support role.
Prior RIBcx experience is not a mandatory requirement of the role.
You will also possess discretion, diplomacy and the ability to maintain confidentiality and the ability to handle competing priorities and projects efficiently.
Good communication skills, with the ability to communicate and interact positively with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Board members and senior executives.
