Contact Center Coordinator (Remote, Night Shifts)

As a Contact Center Coordinator, you will serve as the first point of contact for initial inquiries, efficiently processing and directing them to our Medical Information Specialist client inboxes. Additionally, you will handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations and top-notch service for our clients. This fully remote position requires working night shifts to align with North American hours.

Key Responsibilities:

Inquiry Handling:

Direct and log inquiries from the MI/PC Inbox into the database. Assign inquiries to the appropriate Medical Information Specialist client teams. Respond promptly to inquiries from Specialists seeking clarification or additional assistance with a case. Collaborate with other Coordinators to manage team caseloads as needed.

Database Management:

Ensure data accuracy when entering information into the database, double-checking all entries before submission.

Management Support:

Undertake additional tasks and projects as requested. Complete all required training promptly to meet department expectations.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma. Exceptional English communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong understanding of medical terminology and industry standards. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficient in data entry with a keen eye for detail. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem-solving abilities and initiative. Team player with the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat, with the ability to learn new systems.
