About the role
As a Customer Service Officer, you will be part of the Customer Services team, and will be responsible for contributing to the delivery of high quality and timely, customer requirements

Your main focus will be:

  • Resolving enquiries in accordance with guidelines, policies, business rules, service standards and procedures.
  • Ensuring order requirements are adhered
  • Data entry
  • Verifying stock on hand
  • Provision of sales order confirmations
  • Creating outbound deliveries
  • Ensuring billing cycle is updated and completed

About you
To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Passion for quality service delivery.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
  • The ability to pivot to work types based on operational need.
  • SAP experience is a _must_
  • Notting Hill VIC location
