What we are looking for?

  • We are seeking a candidate with relevant experience in a hotel, upscale restaurant, or events venue
  • Culinary qualifications are a must-have, so be sure to highlight them in your resume
  • Thorough knowledge of HACCP and Occupational Health and Safety standards is essential as we prioritize food safety and hygiene
  • Availability to work on weekends and public holidays is required due to the nature of our 24/7 operations and rotating roster

Day to Day

- Familiarize yourself with all the services and amenities provided by the hotel.

- Follow the opening and closing procedures designated for your workstation.

- Manage inventory of operational supplies to minimize waste and spoilage.

- Address guest inquiries promptly and professionally, escalating any issues to supervisors when necessary.

- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks of operational equipment throughout the year.
