About the role

The IT Solutions Consultant is responsible for helping both internal and external stakeholders drive value in Rippling's IT products and features. These include MDM, single sign-on, information security, and more. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a pre-sales capacity with IT systems and will be able to quickly learn and understand Rippling's products.

You will join a diverse and exceptional team of Solutions Consulting professionals. Rippling SCs work with customers and internal partners to enable a best-in-industry buying experience. Please note - this role is based in Sydney.

What you will do

Partner with the Sales team to ensure the success of prospects during their evaluation of Rippling

Stay up-to-date on the latest IT trends and technologies, including but not limited to MDM, SSO, security & compliance, and more.

Understand a prospect's technical requirements and convey the business value of Rippling's IT product suite

Manage and assist in technical demonstrations and POCs for prospects that address their unique business objectives

Create, present, and maintain technical content such that customers are successful using the Rippling HR product suite

Provide customer feedback to the Product and Engineering teams

Become a product expert across the entire Rippling platform and understand the competitor landscape

Work with your SC peers and SC leadership to build a best-in-class SC organization

What you will need

4+ years of experience in a pre-sales role with experience in identity and access management, mobile device management, information security and best practices.

Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field and/or equivalent work experience

Exceptional communication, presentation and organizational skills

Self-starter with a bias towards action, energized by a fast-paced environment and excited to build
