We are looking for an experienced Property Management Department Head, who has managed, led & mentored large property management teams.

The ideal candidate will be extremely nurturing, have a high level of professionalism, and wealth of knowledge of the industry.


The Role:
Managing a large team of 20 Property Managers/ Leasing Executives Absolutely no portfolio management - You will be overseeing the entire rent roll Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed Oversee and implement strategies & procedures Ensure KPI's are met across the entire team Strategic and operational planning, facilitate weekly meetings Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve staff retention and recognition Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth Analysing & preparing budgets for your department You will have a seat at the table Your opinion will be highly regarded

The Candidate:
Must have Department Head experience in Property Management Experience with managing large teams & large rental portfolios Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT & Tribunals Lead a highly successful departmentDevelop team strengths and improve areas needing further development Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred)This is a highly desirable position that is sure to be snatched up If you believe you are the perfect candidate for this position, we would love to hear from youFor a strictly confidential conversation please call Laura Leonardi at Gough Recruitment on
