We are looking for a Quality Administrator to join the team, someone who has exceptional administrative skills (can set up and run processes), can prioritise and work very autonomously, is very tech savvy (can learn new systems rapidly, find and progress system improvement ideas and help others learn systems), has excellent communication skills, is just generally super organised and gets stuff done
What about us? We are a locally owned company with over 25 years industry experience in Australia and New Zealand. We design and deliver projects in the Water, Bridges, Transport, Underground, Energy and Remediation industry sectors.
Projects include dams, bridges, tunnels, water and wastewater treatment process facilities, rail infrastructure, mining infrastructure, electrical substations, marine works and pipeline rehabilitation:
the complex infrastructure needed to build better communities.

You will have a positive outlook,
exceptional administrative skills (Must have) and the ability to work very autonomously.
If you have knowledge of safety and/or construction that would be an advantage, but if you are simply open to learn and are the right fit then please apply.
- Minimum Business Administration Certificate IV or equivalent experience (3 years)
- Ability to learn and use multiple software programs
- Advanced Microsoft Word skills, intermediate Excel and PowerPoint
- High level of organisation and keen eye for detail
- Ability track, follow up and complete key tasks involving multiple stakeholders
- High level English skills, written and oral communication
- Skills and experience administering SharePoint a distinct advantage
- Experience in construction or similar industry highly regarded but not essential
- Qualification or experience with a management system an advantage
- Experience in administrating an integrated business management system, including quality, safety, environment and/or operations highly regarded but not essential
