Dream Maker Community Services is looking for Creative Writer to join our enthusiastic team on a Casual basis. Hours are flexible and will be negotiated upon induction, with room to progress to a full time position.


Creative writer, will be assisting with most administrative aspects inclusive of creating templates, editing documentation, minute taking along with proof reading reports.

What we are looking for

  • Be willing to be trained, much of this job is on the job training
  • Have excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
  • Able to work independently, managing your own time and deadlines
  • Assisting with creating templates
  • Ensuring all documents and records are maintained accurately and in a systematic order
  • Produce reports on a regular basis

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in either Human Services, Business Administration, Management.
  • 1 year of experience in similar HR role
  • Demonstrated highlevel written and verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated superior skills in mediation and negotiation, collaboration, and consultation
  • A cando attitude and ability to display clear communication to internal and external stakeholders
Desirable

  • Be familiar with HR Programs
  • Experience with grievance and disciplinary procedures
  • Management experience in a related area

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
