Our client is a well-established and successful mid-tier law firm based in Melbourne's CBD.

They have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced Legal Accounts Administrator / Accounts Clerk to join their team.


You may be responsible for:

  • Accounts payable/receivable
  • Online banking transactions
  • Manage corporate credit card transactions
  • Monthly reporting
  • Filing
  • Maintenance of the expense management system
  • Client invoicing
  • Client liaison and assisting with other ad hoc duties

About you:

  • Proven experience in a similar role (ideally within a law firm)
  • Proficient I.T skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work within definitive time frames
  • Strong team player
