Job Title: Technician - Field Service Electrical

About the Company: Join our team and work as an Electrical Technician in the Power Generation department located in Hume, ACT. This position focuses on on-site repairs and maintenance of high-capacity, prime, and backup generators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to our clients
  • Carry out repairs and maintenance on prime and standby generators
  • Diagnose and fix various generator issues
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations, reporting any incidents to the Field Service Supervisor
  • Complete necessary documentation accurately and timely

Requirements:

  • Qualified electrician with a trade certificate
  • Interest in enhancing skills through Cummins product training
  • Strong diagnostic and IT proficiency
  • Previous experience working in a regulated environment
  • Commitment to prioritizing safety in all tasks
  • Full electrical license required, NSW license preferred
  • Able to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Proficient in customer relations and managing repairs from start to finish
