Position Overview:

  • The role involves hands-on tasks to proactively address repairs, manage emergency breakdowns, and provide maintenance services for commercial and residential properties, including high-end clients.

Skills and Experience

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Trade qualification as an Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Technician â Dual Trade scores you extra brownie points
  • Previous experience as a Refrigeration Service Technician in commercial settings
  • Training and expertise with various systems, such as CRAC units and cooling towers
  • Availability for on-call roster work
  • Exceptional time management and customer service abilities
  • Aptitude to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving skills

Required Licenses

  • ARCTIC License
  • NT Restricted Electrical License (or the ability to obtain)
  • Driver's License
  • White Card (Construction Industry)
  • Ochre Card (Working with Children) or the ability to obtain
