**What you'll do

Your role as the VIC/SA State Facilities Specialist is to provide streamlined & high quality administrative support to all DC sites in the your region portfolio in line with Woolworths Group and Primary Connect policies, procedures, and processes.


  • Assist with management of Planned Scheduled Maintenance for the region using the national F&M platform
  • Assist with management of nonScheduled/Ad Hoc Maintenance for the region using the national F&M platform
  • Ensure maintenance records for all sites are filed in the nominated platform within the designated property filing structure so they are readily accessible.
  • Management of FM tool admin requirements
  • Support FM team's compliance to WOW and Primary Connect's policies and procedures
  • Ensure open and transparent communication with all team members. Encourage active participation in the annual Voice of Team survey
**What you'll bring

  • Effective communication skills written communications are succinct and always autochecked for grammar and spelling
  • Proven 1+ years experience administrative roles ideally in finance, facilities, and/or property industry
  • Ability to effectively build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • High initiative and ability to seek/implement process improvement methods
  • Intermediate knowledge of various office suites such as Google, Microsoft
  • Planning, problem solving skills and ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks Flexibility to travel between multiple sites as required
