About The Role

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal and Compliance Function including filing, organising signatures, preparing reports and formatting documents.
  • Monitor and facilitate the meeting of deadlines of internal and external reporting.
  • Manage enquiries and allocate or escalate to the relevant team member.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (Executive level professionals and those in Executive support roles) to ensure co-ordination and scheduling of activities
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested on special projects

About You

  • Experience in a legal working environment
  • Strong administrative/high attention to detail, communication and time management skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro and e-signature platforms
  • Experience with contract management systems
  • Ability to work autonomously and draft basic correspondence and documents
  • Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
  • High level of professionalism
