About the role


The role develops and maintains the rolling Annual Outcome and Business Plan (OBP) that aligns to the Departments Strategic Plan.

The role facilitates annual prioritisation of delivery plans against the strategic roadmap including quarterly progress reviews against the OBP. The role co-ordinates quarterly reporting reviews and reports to Treasury.

Essential requirements of the role

  • Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as education, business, management, social sciences or communications, and/or equivalent knowledge and experience.

Key knowledge and experience

  • Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG and to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
