Are you ready to take the next step in your career, leveraging your experience within Aged Care to make a difference? Then this role is for you- Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration.

  • Post Graduate qualifications in Education is desirable.
  • Post graduate qualifications in relevant speciality field is essential (e.g. critical care, midwifery, perioperative) and experience in a specialised field.
  • Cert IV in Training and Assessment or working towards is essential.
  • Proven ability to supervise, teach and evaluate students on placement and program placements.
  • Professional, friendly and a team player disposition who is capable of representing the department effectively.
  • Ability to organise work in a systematic, accurate and timely manner, as well as the ability to adapt in a changing environment.
  • High level interpersonal, computer and written communication skills.
  • Analysis and problem solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work flexibly within tight time schedules and in accordance with variable workload demands.
  • Ability to build relationships with all levels of the organisation.
  • An ability to contribute to the development of courses and actively contribute to further development of our online learning management system.
