The Client:


A great opportunity with a large State Government organisation, supporting the Content team to deliver executive and premier priority projects, as well as maintaining compliance and currency of content on the departments website and intranet.


Your role will include:

  • Support the Senior Managerwith the teams content production schedule.
  • Manage the digital.

  • Collect and compile information, prepare documentation and correspondence in line with the
- department requirements to support information flow and inform decision making.

  • Complete routine systemsbased financial transactions including the raising and receipting of
- purchase orders and payment processing to ensure compliance with the departments
- processes, procedures and standards.

  • Provide a range of meeting support services including preparation of agendas, meeting and
- event coordination, and the writing and distribution of minutes to contribute to the efficient
- conduct of meetings.

  • Administer and maintain records management systems and processes to ensure that all
- information is accurate, stored correctly and accessible.

  • Respond to internal and external enquiries, and escalate or redirect issues as required, to
- ensure the provision of accurate information.

You will have:

  • Previous experience in communication support, or a similar role is a must
  • Ideally have previous experience working for Government
  • Strong written and verbal communication
