You will oversee the establishment and maintenance of quality and clinical governance systems and processes company-wide to ensure top-notch quality, care, and safety.

As a Quality Business Partner, your responsibilities include:

  • Handling incidents, conducting investigations, and reporting on them
  • Performing internal audits within specified timeframes
  • Conducting regular comprehensive client file reviews
  • Creating action plans for ongoing improvement and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure successful implementation
  • Ensuring compliance with ACQS regulatory requirements
  • Establishing crucial relationships with internal stakeholders for operational excellence
  • Preparing internal audit reports and presenting evidence-based conclusions

We seek candidates with:

  • Registered Nurse qualifications and an unrestricted AHPRA registration
  • Proven experience in Australia's aged care sector, particularly in quality or auditing
  • Familiarity with Home Care Packages, Commonwealth Home Support Program, DVA, NDIS Aged Care Quality Standards, and ACIS
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Familiarity with Management Systems is a plus
  • Authorization to work in Australia
