As we continue to deliver & evolve, we are looking for an experienced Senior Project Engineer - Electrical to join our New Energy O&M team.

ABOUT THE POSITION ON OFFER You are responsible for ensuring the project is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner to meet contractual arrangements made with the client.

You will play a key role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of the projects.
Your duties and responsibilities will include: Oversee day-to-day O&M activitiesincluding monitoring performance, conducting inspections, and coordinating maintenance activities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Manage project closeout activities, including the development and implementation of closeout checklists and procedures to ensure all project deliverables are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Coordinate with project teams to address and rectify any defects or issues identified during the closeout process, ensuring timely resolution and client satisfaction.

Provide technical support and guidance to site personnel and assist in troubleshooting technical issues as they arise.

Your skills and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Proven experience within the Renewables or Utilities EPC projects Experience in project closeout activities, including the development and implementation of closeout checklists and procedures.

Familiarity with defect management processes and ability to effectively coordinate defect resolution activities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Willingness to travel to project sites across Australia as required.
