MAYDAY Recruitment are excited to partner with Genesis Motors Australia, a luxury global automotive brand which has seen substantial growth in the Australian market.

Genesis is looking to hire a passionate Sales Associates in the Perth who are looking to develop their sales skills and grow with a luxury global brand.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with a background in client service or sales to build and develop a long-term career with a premium automotive brand - full product and sales training will be provided

The Role:

Provide a high level of customer service and be a key facilitator in the Genesis purchasing experience

Duties include:

  • Ensure all customers receive an excellent experience with the Genesis brand throughout the various stages of the purchasing process
  • Convert instore, web and phone enquiries into leads and coach them through the process, booking test drives
  • Take time to understand the customers needs and match them to the most suitable car
  • Take prospective customers on test drives and demonstrate vehicle features
  • Engage with customers in the Studio, Test Drive Centre, at events and offsite locations
  • Support customers when completing relevant paperwork
  • Managing the handover and delivery of vehicles to customers
  • Accurately maintain the CRM system with customer information
  • Experience gained in a VIP customer service or sales role, luxury retail/products, cabin crew or similar highlevel client focused

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal with an ability to build relationships with ease
  • The ambition and drive to succeed in a sales environment and a desire to hit or exceed targets
  • A valid, full Australian Driver's License
