We are thrilled to present a fantastic opportunity for a Sales Associate to join our team at a prominent development just 40km from the CBD in the northwest coastal region.

The Opportunity:

In this role, you will leverage your customer service, sales, and administrative skills, amalgamating them into one comprehensive role. Collaborating closely with the Sales Consultants, you will actively contribute to supporting all phases of the sales process and the customer journey.

This is a full-time, permanent role that operates five days a week on-site. Weekend work is required, with days off scheduled for Monday & Tuesday. Apart from the base salary, there are possibilities for additional earnings through commissions and bonuses.

About the role, some key responsibilities include:

  • Responding to initial sales inquiries, offering guidance before directing to the Sales Consultants
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to all individuals engaging with Stockland
  • Managing incoming communications via phone, email, website, and general inquiries
  • Scheduling initial visits for potential homebuyers with Sales Consultants
  • Keeping prospective homebuyers informed about vital details such as new releases, home designs, events, promotions, and referral programs
  • Tracking and reporting results of incoming and outgoing communications, including fortnightly call reports
  • Issuing contracts and overseeing contract management

About you:

  • Prior sales experience in real estate, development, or construction is preferred but other sales backgrounds, like outbound call centers, will be considered if you have a desire to advance in sales
  • Hold a valid real estate registration
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for driving sales
  • Proficient in managing databases
  • Skilled in multitasking, time management, and organization
  • Naturally adept at engaging and establishing rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license required
  • Openness to potential relocation for new projects
