In your day-to-day, you will be conducting outbound calls with potential customers, hearing their stories and matching a service package that will speak to their needs.

You will be given realistic KPIs and targets and working towards them in both an individual and team basis, where your input will be rewarded through fun bonuses and healthy commissions.

YOUR NEW ROLE:

  • Following up with warm leads generated through the company's database
  • Understanding the customer through guiding them through discovery calls
  • Provide suggestions tailored to the individual to suit their needs
  • Manage inbound phone traffic
  • Full and ongoing sales training

ABOUT YOU:

  • Genuine passion for sales
  • Prior customer facing experience retail, call centre and hospitality is highly desirable
  • Team collaborator
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Hunger to learn and to develop professionally
