    Overview


The Manager Southern Services, is responsible for the pivotal co-ordination of client care delivery within DASSA's range of community-based services.

The main focus of this role is the day-to-day management, coordination and leadership of the multidisciplinary team activities.


Employees in this role accept accountability for the outcomes of the multidisciplinary practices in community-based services, for addressing inconsistencies between practice and policy, and for developing team performance within positive work cultures in the interest of client outcomes.


The role is responsible for:

  • Primarily leading service delivery teams across a number of regional sites.
  • Undertaking a combination of communitybased service delivery, team leadership and resource management.
  • This position takes responsibility for a DASSA wide service delivery portfolio as required as well as being allocated strategic projects in line with Divisional priorities.
The Manager Southern Services represents DASSA on state, regional and local committees and working groups as required.

They incumbent will initiate, lead and participate in the development and review of DASSA and Community Services administrative and clinical procedures.


Criminal History Screening Requirement

  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving no contact with vulnerable groups required for this position (general employment)

Immunisation Risk for this position is - Category A (direct contact with blood or body substances)
