About the Role
As a Team Member, you must ensure client satisfaction and service levels targets are achieved through service delivery excellence. You will display a positive "can-do" attitude and be a highly reliable individual. You will be accurate with a keen eye for detail, have good computer literacy and effective communication skills.

Main Duties

  • Sort and prepare documents for scanning
  • Scanning documents on desktop and track scanners
  • Archive and retrieve documents
  • Create and maintain production reports

Administration

  • Ensure the workplace is safe and any areas of concern are addressed or escalated immediately

Business Development

  • Develop an understanding of the client's business and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue

Operations

  • Identify potential areas for cost savings for both Canon Business Services and the client
  • Understand the contracted services including service levels and scope of work
  • Ensure optimal service is provided at all times and understand implications to client of not meeting agreed service levels
  • Question processes and procedures and identify areas for improvement
  • Comply with operating manuals, training manuals, work instructions and other documented processes and procedures
  • Undertake cross training and perform other duties as and when required

Client

  • Establish and maintain relationships within client, suppliers, and Canon Business Services to deliver service excellence
  • Perform tasks to ensure highest level of client satisfaction is achieved

Reporting

  • Provide timely and accurate input into all reports

Other

  • Comply with Canon Business Services and client standards, policies, and codes of conduct
  • Responsible for adopting ecofriendly work practices and identifying opportunities for improving performance in environmental sustainability
  • Any other ad hoc tasks as and when required
