With another year ahead we are preparing for 2023 to be a year Like No Other.

We have seen an increased focus and demand in our IT space and are anticipating a number of opportunities launching in the new year in Application Support at our Burnley, VIC support centre.

You will play an important role in supporting and optimising the performance of our systems ensuring they are stable, secure, and high performing.


With a hybrid mix of time at home as well as our corporate office in Burnley, Victoria, we are looking for customer obsessed, collaborative, inspirational, responsible individuals who are dedicated to quality.

What do these roles typically involve?

  • Delivering second level and above support to a widerange of stakeholders across various systems
  • Respond to incidents and requests in a mature ITIL environment
  • Triage and escalate critical incidents
  • Resolve problem tickets and ensure documentation is maintained
  • Continuously improve current processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with project teams, IT and vendors to provide seamless solutions
What are we looking for?

  • Similar experience as an Application Support Analyst or Systems Analyst in Retail, eCommerce or consumer products
  • Previous experience in Incident/Problem Management (ITIL)
  • Knowledge of PL/SQL and Oracle Retail
  • Adaptable and thrive in fast paced environments
  • Show initiative, motivated to achieve great results and pride yourself in providing quality work
