About the role


We are on the lookout for a dynamic and driven Coordinator to join our Buying team Reporting directly to the Director, you will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative support to ensure that the day to day operations of the team runs smoothly.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline calendars and shared inboxes for the team
  • Conduct thorough presale checks
- full training on this will be provided

  • Manage safe storage of keys, logbooks, and accessories for easy access
  • Serve as a central point of contact, making sure that there's seamless communication within the wider team
  • Accurately input vehicle data & maintain our systems (Redbook & Glasses)
  • Jump in and support where needed we're a fastpaced team and sometimes you'll need to be adaptable and lend a hand in other areas

About You

  • Previous experience in an administration or coordination role in a fast paced environment (automotive experience not required)
  • Tech savvy and comfortable picking up new systems
  • Adaptable and confident in multitasking and prioritising based on the team's needs
  • High level of attention to detail
