About you:
As a core member of the communications team, you will bring strategic thinking, creative energy, and passion to our digital communications.
You will be excited to support an Australian-born company changing the way people think about bus travel along with identifying and telling genuine stories that resonate with our people and stakeholders, to keep our internal and external audiences engaged on our exciting journey.
Your writing skills, digital nous, and enthusiasm for collaborating with a raft of different stakeholder groups are all key to enjoying this role - as well as the willingness to roll up your sleeves to get the work done.
What you can expect:
- Plan, develop, manage and execute activities across all digital channels including our digital workplace
- Manage and publish content across websites, intranet, social media, EDMs and employee app
- Collaborate with people to develop content to build audience engagement
- Provide analytics and reporting on all channels to drive continuous improvement
- Support Kinetic's growth and digital transformation projects
- Support a positive workplace that celebrates diversity, inclusion and equality

- Tertiary qualification or substantial relevant experience in journalism, communications or marketing
- Proven ability to develop, implement and manage communication activities with measurable results
- Strong and confident communicator with ability to influence senior leaders
- Strategic thinker with positivity and enthusiasm for working in a continually changing environment
- Ability to collaborate with teams to develop engaging digital content
- Represent the Kinetic brand with pride and passion, living and breathing our values
