Role Highlights: Take the next step in your production career, as the Afternoon or Night shift Supervisor, you will play a critical role in the overall success of the business, with full training and ongoing career development.

Role Overview

Pick your shift Afternoon or Night.

Afternoon: Monday-Friday 2pm-10am

Night Shift: Sunday-Thursday 10pm-6am

Reporting to a supportive & experienced Production Manager, you will enjoy full training on the day shift initially for up to 3 months before moving across to your preferred shift, where you will be responsible for:


• Motivating and empowering your team of up to 30 staff to ensure efficient production and meeting deadlines.

• Planning and scheduling production tasks, keeping your team informed and organized.

• Maintaining a safe and compliant work environment, adhering to strict GMP, safety standards and best practices.

• Jumping in and helping your team when needed, demonstrating strong hands-on skills.

• Building strong relationships with colleagues across different departments to ensure smooth operation.

Candidate Profile

You are an experienced production team leader, supervisor or operator ready to take the next step in your career.
You have experience in FMCG and understand the fast-paced nature, and importance of quality and safety when working with food products.
You are looking for a company that values its staff and provides full training and ongoing development opportunities for your career.

• Has strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and empower a team.

• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to delegate tasks and provide clear instructions.

• Is a problem-solver with a proactive approach and a commitment to continuous improvement.

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize effectively under pressure.

• Has experience in FMCG manufacturing or similar production environment
