MACA Mining are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor - Mobile Plant to join the McPhee Creek project FIFO from Perth on an 8/6 roster. You will support a fleet of machines including Hitachi EX3600 & EX1200 Excavator, CAT 789 & 777, D10T Dozer and 18M Grader.

The McPhee Creek Iron Ore Project is located 30km north of Nullagine in the north-east Pilbara region of WA. The three-year project scope includes mine load and haul of up to 10 million tonnes per annum, before being transported to Roy Hill for processing.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience leading a mobile maintenance team in a mining production environment.
  • Extensive experience in breakdowns, diagnostics and repair abilities across all mobile fleet.
  • Trade qualified in a mechanical discipline.
  • A current WA drivers' licence and relevant high-risk tickets.
  • Attend and contribute to pre-shift, toolbox and safety meetings.
  • Ensures vehicles and equipment are functioning correctly and report any defects to the Maintenance Superintendent.
