Organisation

Redpath Partners are working closely with a National Disability Accommodation developer in their search for an Acquisitions Manager. The business has experienced exponential growth since becoming a certified SDA development provider and they remained committed to their mission of designing and developing forward thinking, specialist accommodation.

Role

This crucial role will report and work closely with the Directors of the company whilst also plugging in to other business units cohesively.

  • Source and assess property acquisition opportunities in line with Acquisitions Brief.
  • Negotiation of Acquisitions, Joint Ventures and Development Management Agreements
  • Undertake feasibility analysis and studies on proposed acquisitions.
  • Reach agreements on fees and scope with consultants providing input to projects under review.
  • Undertake research to inform product mix decisions.
  • Ensure product is designed to meet design specs, minimise risks and be able to be built efficiently
  • Maintain focus on optimizing project returns through cost savings, design changes, marketing strategies, time savings and strong relationships.
  • Prepare accurate budgets.
  • Arrange valuations.

Candidate

Experience and skillsets could be drawn from a range of backgrounds including agency, design or valuations.
