Finance Assistant (Non-Teaching Role)
Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is a co-educational Catholic school providing education to over 1000 students in Melbourne's West. The College has undergone an expansion of facilities and enrolments in recent times, with growth expected to continue.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate finance assistant to join our College.


The Finance Assistant is responsible to the Finance Manager for the duties outlined below in accordance with Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs policies and procedures.

The role of the Finance Manager consistent with the College Mission Statement is to assist in the management of the College's finances in an efficient and timely manner.


The Finance Assistant will record and reconcile diverse payment structures, while also facilitating seamless banking reconciliation on a daily basis.

The Finance Assistant will collaborate closely with families to ensure adherence to the College's Fee Policy, alongside fostering effective communication with the Finance Manager.


The Finance Manager will actively participate in the implementation of the College Vision and Mission Statement and be guided by the College motto of Live Fully Act Justly.

The position will commence on Monday 2 October or earlier if possible.
