Position Overview:

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Lead client projects, coordinating teams to achieve project goals.
  • Collaborate with the team on internal initiatives and client requirements.
  • Engage in pre-sales activities to understand client needs and propose custom solutions.
  • Contribute to the development of client project proposals.
  • Architect and deploy Microsoft Azure solutions with a focus on:
    • Azure Landing Zones
    • Azure IaaS, PaaS, and Security solutions
    • Azure Integration Services
    • Infrastructure as Code deployments
    • Azure Monitor and Sentinel
    • Azure Networking and Virtual Desktop
    • Azure DevOps
  • Design and implement Microsoft 365 solutions, emphasizing:
    • OneDrive, SharePoint, and Exchange Online
    • Teams Collaboration
    • Identity, Security, and Endpoint Manager
    • Windows Defender
  • Assess current solutions for optimization and identify opportunities for leveraging Microsoft 365 & Azure offerings.
  • Act as a subject matter expert for clients, guiding them through their cloud journey and necessary assessments.
  • Work with enterprise clients on Azure-specific application development and deployment.
Requirements:
Non-Technical Requirements:
  • Demonstrated success in leading projects for enterprise clients.
  • Experience in consulting scenarios with clients and internally.
  • Ability to contribute to pre-sales activities.
  • Australian Citizenship or Permanent Residency required with security clearance.
Technical Requirements:
  • 4-6 years' experience with Microsoft Azure, including Networking, IaaS, PaaS, and Security solutions.
  • 4-6 years' experience with Microsoft 365, covering Teams, Exchange Online, and related areas.
  • 2 years' experience with Microsoft Azure Integration services.
  • Strong understanding of Active Directory and Azure AD Identity model.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and DevOps principles.
  • Expertise in diagnosing and resolving Microsoft technology issues.
  • Experience in managing datacenter solutions and network security.
  • Hands-on experience with automation tools and cloud migrations.
  • Familiarity with essential infrastructure components and managing certificates.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Vendor certifications and experience with Azure cloud.
  • Experience with Microsoft Security Products and Citrix VDI environments.
  • Project management experience and DevOps familiarity.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and M365 Licensing.
